Shipping policy

General Information: Shipping times are expected to be longer during new product launches, holidays, and promotional events.

Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will begin processing on Monday and ship within 3-5 business days.

*Estimated shipping times are for reference only; actual shipping times depend on when you place your order. Hancock shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or payment transactions.

Shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address you provided when placing your order.

Customs and Duties

For customers in the USA, Canada, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Japan:

We will cover import duties from the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier company. If you place your order within the customs territory of your country, you will not be required to pay import duties, but you may be required to pay VAT or local sales tax. For customers in Switzerland, the UK, and the USA, these fees are included at checkout.

To other customers:

For all other customers, the prices you see online do not include import duties. Depending on the customs regulations of your country, you may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of your order. You do not need to pay VAT or sales tax, but you may need to pay other taxes before receiving the order.
